For the Food Manager test, it is ideal to use a chair, but if that’s not possible, it’s okay as long as you are alone while the proctor is monitoring you. Hi Anna. Thank you for your feedback. Our training is interactive and self-paced, and if completed in one sitting, it should take approximately 1.5 hours. It also meets all the requirements set by the San Diego Health Department, and unfortunately, they do not allow placement tests for this training.You are required to complete the entire training and review or enhance all the information provided. Hi Blerta. We truly appreciate your review. Because of our ANSI accreditation, the course cannot be sped up. This is a rule that all food handler-accredited courses must follow.
