The information is excellent and easy to get. I even order my product from there and it is quick and easy to receive. I cannot count how many years I have used this site and I recommend it to everyone.

They don't send timely updates, so you have no idea when your order has been shipped, much less when it will arrive.

I'm sorry you did not get updates on your order. The process is partly manual and the lab has had a few staff off sick and, so it is possible your tracking updates got missed. Once again, I'm very sorry you didn't get updates.
