Please do not rely on the aBriggs customer service because they treat you as if you are an alien ..and an idiot. they are indignant .. they promise one thing but do not fulfill their promise.

Communications were timely and clear; results were as advertised. I got what I needed when I needed it.

Was able to get my India visa in a timely manner - everything was handled properly - great job.

I went to Briggs with an emergency,they assured me they could take care of my Passport within time needed,while I traveled to Florida because my wife had fallen ill ,when I arrived it was far worse then realized.The folks at Briggs arranged for my Passport to be sent to them for safe keeping,which they did for several weeks.When I returned to Cincinnati,I was able to pick up my passport to address the first emergency. All of the people I met at Briggs were very professional,had been recommend by my Daughter ,who needs visas all over the world,and I certainly will recommend Briggs to all. John
