Någon rättsinstans behöver se över detta bedrägeri , Så vill Du in i Statistbranschen bli medlem i någon annan Portal . Poor support, poor ethics. A company that specializes in ruining the authenticity of podcasts.

Almost non existent support. Total lack of communication over the switch to video. There are press releases going out mentioning video for apple podcasts and then no communication from Acast to customers at all... for over 3 months. I actually just cancelled my subs and took my podcasts elsewhere. I run a show with decent numbers and industry plaudits, yet they only seem to want to support and give love to a handful of their own podcasts. That and they wont allow customers to upload their video to spotify (its in their terms and conditions). They also wouldnt allow us to enter their ads market place and gave vague reasons why. Good riddance. A rip off that needs to sort its support issues out fast... all my friends are looking to leave.
