Got my account straight away great account lots of skins and emotes had access to everything not a scam got the account in 5 minutes great customer support as well.

I bought a Genshin Impact account from them, played for 2 weeks and then changed the email address. When I checked, I saw that they are similar to the email addresses they use. I wrote to them about it, but they replied late and "we didn't do it". I wrote my complaint here and they sent me an e-mail and said to delete your complaint and refund your fee, I did what they said and deleted my complaint. It's been 1 month and no refund. They never respond to my messages. They stole my $50 money. Let others not experience this theft at least.
