Agree with previous reviews. No one uses virtual card in U.K. Customer service don’t care and it totally feels like fraud.

Not bad at all, my card freeze after I bought 8$ mastercard support centre fix it in 10hrs everything work……they have bad customer service & I don’t recommend to refund to this cards……but not bad .. not scam rly work for me i just used it two times

I am based i the UK and virtual cards are seen as fraudulent by many small shop keepers and refuse ro deal with them, They have told me I have to ring an international number to reactivate my account my solicitor is now getting involved as I have now had my details compromised. Here in the Uk Data Protection is taken seriously

I received a virtual gift card from this site as a gift and not long after, there were fraudulent purchases charged to the gift card. If I had not discovered this activity, my gift card would have been depleted. Fraudulent claims were filed with the company with no success. Beware, either the company stole the money or someone within the company is. I know my system is not compromised since my operational security is solid.

This is a scam site. Never go for a virtual card as it does not work on Tacobell, Walmart, or Amazon sites that I tried. The card does not work and then you forfeit all money after the expiry date. I am getting automated email messages. No real person responding to emails. 100% SCAM site. If some company offered to get a card from this company, always redeem for a physical card or be ready to lose all your money.

TDS promised me a gift card. Not this company. I plan on canceling my TDS service for not honoring the contract.

Redeemed a virtual mastercard giftcard from them. Needed to give more information than maybe is needed (?) but overall the card worked and I got to spend the money on it. Judging by other reviews, this might not always be the case so ymmv.

I got a refund from ATT from this place. You can't transfer funds. It won't take your information to be able to. I've sent screen shots, etc. I'll probably have my account stolen or something, I'm actually worried now and will call my bank. Customer service doesn't work either. They want me to verify my email because its not on their site but it won't take my email either. I input and it says saved but then its missing. Its like they do this on purpose so folks can't get their money back. I'm beyond frustrated and have spent more time than the value of the card IMO. If anyone knows how to actually get the money off the card please respond.
