Awesome service and response I realized I made the wrong order and they have taken care of me sending it back and refunding so I can get what I actually need, sometimes I get ahead myself lol but thanks ac infinity

Above and beyond customer service and satisfaction. I was in a pickle. Support answered my email extremely fast and ensured I was a satisfied customer.

The AC Infinity representative was Vanessa she was very knowledgeable and helpful and called me back and stayed on the phone with me until problem was resolved.

AC Infinity has genuinely great customer service. I’ve run into issues with their products before, but only after a lot of use. Every time something came up, they handled it quickly and shipped me a replacement within just a couple of days.

My experience with Alex in customer service was a reflection of the vibe I get from AC Infinity. Alex listened intently and took action that was above and beyond my expectations. With a gentle character and thoughtful responses Alex provided the best customer service I have ever experienced so far. That man has made me a spokesman for AC Infinity and the product line.
