When the exhaust fan with ai+ controller is working, it does a good job of keeping your environment stable. However, that being said I absolutely CAN NOT recommend it anyone. App and software glitches cause the fan to just simply stop working. Unless you are monitoring it like a hawk and catch it in time, your whole harvest will be ruined. Twice now during crucial flowering time my fan just decided to turn itself off. If I hadn't noticed it temps woul have easily risen to critical levels. At first I was able to program triggers through the app. When that malfunctioned I was only able to turn the fan on, off, and increase or decrease speed. It still works to bring in fresh air to your tent but all other functions are not usable. The controller itself will freeze and not allow you to use the interface. Overall I'm highly disappointed and I CAN NOT and WILL NOT recommend ac infinity gear to anyone.

The branding is to the roof, product feel quality and good looking. However I had a negative experience related to reliability. I purchased a rackmount 2U fan panel, which worked a bit shy of 2 years overall. Before the end of the 1st year, one (out of 4 fans) stopped working, they gradually stopped working one after the other, lasting less than 2 years. For the premium they charge, I was expecting at least 5 years of longivity. I hope they improve their product quality, they look great but can't purchase again since less than 2 years really make this product unaffordable and complete e-waste. Thank you for your time.

Wenn man sich ein AC setup zulegt braucht man im Prinzip nichts extra dazu kaufen weil alles im Lieferumfang enthalten ist auch das ist Super! Große Kritik muss ich aber an die leider bezüglich der verfügbaren Einstellungen zwischen den Controllern abgeben. 1) Du kannst nur mit dem KI Controller einen Tag und Nacht Modus einstellen und auch nur dann wenn du dir KI nutzt. Eine Tag und Nacht Funktion ist bei dem Anbau von Pflanzen absolut essenziell und gehört zu den Grundeinstellung. Eine Funktion die über ein Update easy auf allen Controllern verfügbar gemacht werden könnte. Warum wird dies seitens AC nicht bereitgestellt? Möchte man die Kunden so zwingen den KI Modus zu nutzen? Ich bin nämlich von dem Pro+ auf den KI Controller gewechselt nur um den Tag und Nacht Modus einstellen zu können und war dann geschockt das ich diesen nur über die KI nutzen kann. Die KI ist leider aber noch nicht auf den Stand das man ihr einen gesamten grow von Veg bis Flower überlassen kann. Dafür regiert Sie viel zu langsam auf äußere Änderungen und trifft zu oft wenig smarte Entscheidungen. Gibt da tatsächlich andere Hersteller die solche Einstellungen anbieten ohne das man sich einen Controller über 200€ kaufen muss der dich dann aus Gründen trotzdem einschränkt. Muss man dann selber wissen...

I have the 5×5pro and many of the accessories and I love all of them. However the ionfame evo 8 light is very concerning. First one lasted 3 months second one lasted 7 months and i am currently waiting on my third one to be shipped. If not for this it would be 5 stars but the lighting is everything especially a reliable one.

Nice looking bit of kit. Shame it totally packed up after a whopping 13 months of occasional use coming on and off a few times a day. Absolutely bloody rubbish.

AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro Plus. The product is well packaged and is very sleek. Now the bad the controller is very unstable and doesn't work very well. The controller will not maintain a wifi connection. You have to reconnect the controller to a wifi connection on a daily basism The controller is a huge disappointment.

AC infinity controller is not compatible with HLG lights with either type A or B adapters. I assume it maybe an issue with other brand lights too but that for others to find out who have other lighting brand preferences. My HLG light had turned off unexpectedly for second to minutes multiple times a day when connected through AC infinity type A and then type B adapter. Spoke to AC Infinity customer service amd tried everything sugested, Eventhough communication was good they could only apologise and had no answers to why it was happening. I also belive that the controller is not as accurate as I had hoped for. I have the T7 humidifier, oscillating fan and T6" inline fan all from AC Infinity which I believe work fine because the accuracy is not as important as the lights. It could be that those other connected devices are failing but it's not noticeable and will not affect the plants compared to the lights going out sporadically. After researching a workaround I came across wifi controlled electical switches. Even ones with temperature and humidity sensors which I can bet they work better than the current AC infinity 69 controller. For the past 2 week I've had the lights on the new wifi switch and it has been on as scheduled without any issues. In the end AC has good products but it just fails at the most crucial aspect in its system, controlling the device which matters most. If you decide on buying AC Infinity system, make sure you invest in a standalone wifi switch for the lights! FYI, HLG lights are tested and are very good quality lights as advertised.
