Good service, but shipping a bit expensive. Also need to give thickness sizes in fraction also. We should not have to use a calculator to convert to fraction.

Good product, well packaged, timely delivery. The only reason not 5 stars is the price is not the best, but still better than most.

Nice fabric but poor material handling.One or two entire tows was missing from warp edge of fabric narrowing usable width.

The items came in a 70"(or so) box that was bent in shipping so that the one long item was mildly affected. Luckily it's still usable. Everything else.in the package was fine on arrival. I suggest reinforcing the box for safer shipping.

Order was placed with an estimated shipping, credit card was charged. Received confirmation via email. However, during actual packaging, the dimensions of the package exceeded expectations, thus shipping is increased by a significant margin. A new quote is emailed but the credit card charge was automatically increased before consent was given, though, in the end, we agree to it. But this increased charging of credit card before consent is not the right process for a good purchase experience. Maybe the company should adjust the system such that it can give a better estimate of the shipping, or separately charge the shipping later.

Speed of delivery was good. Packaging was good. I would definite recommend.
