Tigersecu's service has been really good. Its been easy to get answers from them. The answers are sometimes in their KB but they were cool about just telling me and not making me go searching online for the answer. Would definitely buy from them again.

I sent an email with a camera problem. I was ready to order a new DVR, but the helpful folks directed me toward a power supply for my cameras. And that was it. Problem solved.

I recently purchased several 5 MP Tiger Secu cameras through Amazon. Installation was easy and the daytime pictures were great, but at first the nighttime pictures were very poor. When I contacted Tiger Secu service, they got back to me within a few hours asking for screenshots of the pictures. They then explained that I had angled the cameras too close to the building wall which was reflecting much of the IR light which was washing out the rest of the picture. I re-angled the cameras and now the nighttime pictures are GREAT. It almost looks like daytime in the pictures. Thanks for the EXCELLENT customer service!

I upgraded all my cameras to the TigerSECU 5MP bullet and dome cameras and the TigerSECU 5MP DVR. I have to say I am very impressed with the new setup. I had a coupled of questions that customer service quickly resolved - they are top notch!

Customer service is right on top of things. Depending on time of day, emails are answered same day or next morning. I have never had to call them but I can only imagine they would pick up right away. May seems extremely knowledgeable and always willing to listen to whatever you have to say. Too bad all customer service isn't like Tigersecu.

A problem developed after a few months with the hard drive. This system could not format the hard drive. I contacted support and their response was very impressive. They gave clear direction on how to troubleshoot the problem at home and when that did not work arrangements were made to send me a replacement. All in all I wish I hadn’t had a problem with the hard drive but they made it easy to take care of the problem and that is why I gave them 5 stars. DS

Excellent security monitor. Good help from your tech people. Once I bought a new inexpensive screen that had higher photo definition the cameras and system worked perfectly.
