ActBest sells defective products and provides no real customer support. I received a bike with several critical safety and performance issues with the battery, lights, brakes, and tires. Then I faced weeks of customer support response delay tactics, including AI-generated emails asking for photos and troubleshooting steps, and then refund denials. Even upon returning the merchandise with proof of delivery, communication stopped. Then ActBest denied all refund requests from CitiBank, claiming the product was not returned. This company sells dangerous quality merchandise and operates with deceptive practices — avoid at all costs.

The bike has been a great source of transportation around the campus and customer service has been great.

I bought 2 mars bikes from Actbest in July and my wife and I love them. We ride them while camping, at home, and even on some trails. They are easy to assemble and operate. Their customer service is top notch. They are quick to respond and extremely helpful with any issues you may be experiencing. We plan to use them for a very long time and have recommended them to everyone who asks about them. Thank you so much Actbest!
