Great support and fast servers.

Pricing is great, service is fast, support is awesome. Control panel is not the most intuitive for advanced usage such as world importing. Starting from scratch, there shouldn't be any issues.

So I decided to wait to do this review until I was nice and comfortable and really got to see all the kinks with this company. I am 2, almost 3 months in now and I would have to say this is a amazing hosting company. The support has it's moments of a little slowness(nothing major, nothing over 24 hours at max) or missing a chat or two but the actual support, meaning staff, are amazing. They are so helpful and have went above and beyond to make sure I got the support needed. I completely destroyed my Dayz server and they spent hours with me teaching me every little thing and helped resolve the issue I gave myself. So overall, I would, without question, recommend this company as your hosting service as long as you want real people, real responses and excellent service with little to no down time.

Was great service the first time around but when I wanted to start another rust server couldn’t mod and server would never be joinable. I don’t know if it was a bad time for the servers or just something with the website.
