I ordered 6 transmission bracket clips, but only received 1. I attempted to resolve this through email, phone, and live chat, but only received automated responses with zero actual support. Terrible customer service—I am now forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.

It was the wrong part. I need the door handle base for the driver's side door on a 2001 RL and I got a rear driver's side door handle base

After taking weeks to ship, the parts were incorrect. I paid shipping to return, then they refused to credit because return arrived 1 day past past return window.
