We couldn't ask for better feedback! Consistently professional, well-finished print quality is exactly what we aim to deliver on every order, so it's great to hear that came through project after project. Reliability matters just as much as the print itself, and knowing our team was responsive and helpful whenever you needed something reflects the kind of partnership we want every author and publisher to feel. Thank you for recognizing both the quality of the work and the support behind it—it takes both to make a collaboration feel truly dependable. We look forward to supporting your continued success and to being part of many more printing projects ahead.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! Having a main contact who's responsive and quick to resolve issues makes such a difference, so it's great to hear that partnership has been working well for you. A smooth TikTok Shop setup is exactly what we aim for too—we know getting that integration right early on sets the tone for everything that follows, and we're happy to keep supporting your growth on the platform. Responsiveness and follow-through are things we take seriously with every author and creator we work with, so knowing it's coming through in your day-to-day experience means a lot. We look forward to supporting your continued success.

Your feedback truly made our day! Taking a manuscript all the way to published, ready-to-sell copies is a huge step, so we're glad the process felt manageable rather than overwhelming for your first book. It's especially great to hear the TikTok Shop and website integrations, along with our promotional tools and partnerships, came together to support your launch. Having a dedicated customer success manager in your corner to help everything run smoothly is exactly the kind of hands-on partnership we want every author to experience—we're glad that support made a real difference for you. Congratulations on becoming a published author, and we're excited to continue growing with you as you take on what's next.

It means a lot to hear feedback like yours, especially knowing this positive experience has built up over several months rather than just one interaction! It's great to hear our team has stayed patient and helpful whenever things needed explaining, and that we've been able to flex to whatever you've needed along the way. Catherine will be delighted to know she's been called out by name for her support—we'll be sure to pass that along to her directly. Consistency like this matters just as much to us as it does to you, and it's exactly the kind of long-term partnership we hope to build with every author and creator. Thank you for sticking with us, and here's to many more successful months ahead together.

It's wonderful to hear your experience has been a positive one! Starting out in business—and learning a new app on top of it—can feel like a lot at once, so it's great that our team was able to walk you through each line in production management and get everything set up properly from the start. That kind of hands-on onboarding is exactly what we aim to provide, especially for those just beginning their journey as a creator or publisher. A strong foundation makes all the difference as you move forward, and we're glad you got that from working with us. We look forward to supporting your continued success.

We couldn't ask for better feedback, especially knowing what a search it was to find the right printing partner! It's great to hear our team's responsiveness and willingness to problem-solve have stood out as we work together toward your book's success. We know the connectivity issues between our platform and your website have added some extra steps along the way, and we're glad to be working through those alongside you rather than leaving you to sort them out alone—getting that integration running smoothly is just as much a priority for us as it is for you. Your book's success is what matters most here, and we're committed to making sure the technical side supports that goal. We look forward to supporting your continued success.

It means a lot to hear feedback like yours! Launching your first book is a big milestone, so we're glad the printing and shipping process helped make it a smooth one. Comparing the experience favorably to Amazon KDP's print-on-demand model is high praise, especially coming from someone who knows that hands-off standard well—it's exactly the kind of ease we want authors to feel when working with us. We'd be honored to take on your next two books and continue supporting your publishing journey. Thank you for the strong recommendation and for placing your confidence in our team; we look forward to being part of many more successful launches ahead.
