I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I’m VERY angry with them. I had to BEG them to get my plates to me. I received them all on different dates when I was promised mid October. I still am missing more. I order in OCTOBER OF 2020. I can’t get ahold of them, they aren’t answering me AT ALL, they sent a message out saying they were doing refunds, but I haven’t seen anything. I was messaging them on social media, and they ended up deleting that as well.

Yes, they did the same thing to us. Posted a refund and spilt it into two refunds. One of the refunds was canceled. I reached out to PayPal and they denied our claim because the company gave us a small, partial refund. They are stealing money. I went back to PayPal and kept writing to customer service. They are investigating my claim and this company. I hope this review saves someone from losing money on weight plates or other merchandise.

Scam. Out 200 bucks. They supposedly tried to refund to PayPal but never completed it. The fact they kept their site up and taking orders after their last YouTube video whining about not being able to keep up is proof enough they were scammers. Any legitimate company would have stopped taking orders until they were caught up. Also charging up front and not when product is shipped when it's delayed is sketchy as he'll. Probably in Mexico living like kings. Addendum, I think Jim M. is correct in pointing out the Barbellstandard recommendation from scumbag Vinny is just a retread of his old business.

Only reason these criminals are no longer taking new orders is that they were finally kicked off of every possible payment processing platform for too many chargebacks. Be forewarned that literally every positive review on this page is fake or coerced, tricking you into not contacting your credit card company to get a refund because you still think you might get your weights, or maybe you got one of those fake refund notices in your email from Vince but it hasn't showed up on your credit card statement... CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I don't know how else to say this. Not a single positive review on here is legitimate. They are stringing people along until it's too late for them to report the fraud to their credit card company. I do feel bad for you, but at this point, if you can't tell that this is a scam, are still waiting on an order, or haven't contacted your credit card company to report fraud and get a chargeback, you're hopeless.

Many people have said this company is a scam deal...I disagree and give 5 stars. My experience of buying weight plates was fine. It was last year during the time when no company had any equipment on hand. The wait was longer than I wanted, however, I did get exactly what I ordered and in new condition. So I'm gonna agree with the folks who suggest this company was ill-prepared for the demand during gym closures/covid-19 restrictions.

Good product. The plates took ages to come and their shipping notifications were odd. The notification told me that all my packages had been delivered but the second set of plates hadn't come yet. They did respond quickly to my email to clarify. Given the COVID situation, I'm willing to give them a break. Hopefully, they figure out their logistics.

Made $1200 order on 10/27 and gave them the benefit of the doubt till 27 Jan 21 when received notice I'd get refund. Tried calling on 2/15, no answer, official website has try back after 15 March if no refund. Contact support website is no longer working. Scamming owners need to be held accountable and imprisoned. Frustrated consumer!
