Excellent Course, Extensive Exam Materials, but Dubious Instructors
The Adaptive US virtual CBAP preparation course was very informative and engaging. I learned a lot of valuable information that has enriched my job and prepared me well to pass my IIBA CBAP exam on the first attempt. The course includes an extensive library of study and reference materials for download and to keep. Most of the course instructors, particularly Lara Patton, were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. However, my classes with instructor (and Adaptive co-founder?) LN Mishra were not pleasant. Some of his behavior included speaking curtly, calling out and putting participants on the spot to quiz us in front of the rest of the class, and belittling us for not paying attention when incorrect or no answers were given. Regardless of Mishra's intentions, his attitude and choice of language were offensive, borderline unprofessional, and antithetical to the spirit of learning. As a principal business analyst who has been in this field for ten years, I did not appreciate spending as much money as I did for this course to be treated like a grade school student. Mishra and his colleagues would do well to remember that we, your students, are your stakeholders. Please adopt a more collaborative and less pejorative approach to your teaching.

Hello Coleman, This is LN Mishra, your instructor during the session. I am truly sorry if your felt hurt during the program. It has been quite a long time, so I am unable to recollect the incident. Would like to learn how I can deliver the sessions better. Regards LN
