They have great customer service. In the rare instance where something doesn't work, the customer service team is excpetional. Their product is great, I've build my entire business around it.

Like other reviewers said, it was a leap of faith but I don't leap easily. So I "stalked" the head badger for a few weeks online. Trying to find out what kind of company I would be working with. What you will find out is that he is, in relevant sense, an open book. He is more like a IT guy in the '70s that I used to work with. We shared everything we knew back then, and most things we did were open source. And Michael does not hesitate to share a lot of what he knows, and who he knows. Neither does he tell you that he just double/treble someone's turnover, or being one of the biggest advertisers on Amazon. And because of that, I learnt a lot about this company and how they do things. Areas I had questions on were answered personally instead of directing me to a FAQ link, and that was before I became a customer. So, they share a lot of techniques and tactics with you, then why you shouldn't to ahead and do it yourself without paying someone? You can, but it will be like I am telling you everything about how to play a piano. Now go play. Do you have the time? Do you have the instinctive ability to pick up market signals? In summary, this company treats you fairly and honestly and as a human being (as opposed to a sugar daddy). They have people who are diligent, smart, polite, responsive. Go for it!

We have just completed the AdBadger "Foundations Coaching Program" and it was hands down the best investment we have made in learning to master our PPC. It has helped us successfully launch our product and has got us on the right path for success. For a brand new Amazon seller like ourselves we just didn't know really what to do first in terms of PPC optimization, didn't really understand the PPC metrics and we certainly didn't have any real strategy for launch. Just went through the initial product demo. Instead of just telling me the answers or kicking the can to an onboarding rep, Michael showed them to me directly with the software. You can tell that he knows every facet of Ad Badger. It was such a relief to get a demo specifically tailored to my needs as a potential client. No time waisted and we were able to dive deeper into some feature sets that peaked my interest. If you're thinking about using Ad Badger, do yourself a favor a book a demo call. Awesome team that they have deep knowledge in Amazon system and PPC in general. They only focus on doing one thing and doing that thing well. The team don't just ask me to join, then forgot about me like other companies, they are dedicated to keep me committed to improve my PPC and listings. They also help me to identify a lot of issues I have for years without being noticing. Adbadge also have a very different approach to the problem than other products I have tried before, which is quite refreshing to learn about. The UI interface is also easy to use and navigate around. I am a software developer myself in the industry for 18 years, I can tell the Adbadge have gone a long way to build this product, The amount of flexibility you can have over searching and ppc management is crazy, in the same time, it is not too difficult to use the tools. This made it possible to tackle the problem from many different angles. Another way to say this is they don't just build a feature for the purpose of building that feature.
