I like the fact that navigating your website is user friendly and all of the course material (insurance terms/concepts/examples) are in laymen's terms, therefore, easy to understand ...would've given you guys a 5 star if you had an app, that way your customers could study the material on the go!

Did not get an email to confirm classes or payment received.
Response from A.D. Banker· Jul 22, 2025
Thank you for reaching your feedback. Our system shows that a confirmation email for your webinar enrollment was sent on June 2, 2025. These emails occasionally end up in Junk, Spam, or Other folders depending on your email provider, so we recommend checking those locations to locate the message. According to our records, you’ve already been refunded for all webinars you enrolled in. However, we still have a copy of the invoice from your initial enrollment. If you'd like us to resend it for your records, just let us know.

Did not help with State License
Response from A.D. Banker· Jul 22, 2025
Our courses are built to align with state licensing requirements, but we understand that every student’s testing experience can vary. If the material didn’t support your success in the way you'd hoped, we’d like to learn more so we can evaluate any gaps and offer better guidance moving forward. If you're open to discussing what didn’t work or which topics felt underrepresented, we’re here to help you get the clarity and tools needed to take your next steps with confidence. Your goal is still within reach, and we’re ready to support it.

I like the class ADBanker offer but the AML does not meet all other state, I have to take AML to different vendor to meet the guildline on certain state.
Response from A.D. Banker· Jul 22, 2025
Thanks so much for sharing your experience—we’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our course offerings and found them valuable! Your success is what motivates us, and knowing that our materials met your expectations makes a real impact. We’re proud to offer accessible, high-quality training that helps learners like you take meaningful steps in their professional journey. Regarding the AML component, you’re absolutely right—state-specific guidelines can vary, and while our course meets broad compliance standards, a few states may require additional content from other vendors. We’re actively reviewing how we can better accommodate those differences to streamline the process for future students. Your feedback is incredibly helpful, and we’re grateful you took the time to share it. If there are specific states or guidelines you'd like to pass along, we’d love to hear them so we can continue evolving our courses to better serve all learners. Thanks again for choosing A.D. Banker!

I love the self paced learning, this is my second go around with this company now working on my life insurance license. From previous experience I am walking into the exam more confident because the preparation is exactly what is on the state test I passed for my health insurance.
