I worked with Tom Alcorn. He was courteous, efficient, replied promptly and got everything right the 1st time we worked together. [Even a reorder of several items can have glitches if not handled well.] He made it look so easy that compared to my prior few Adco Marketing experiences, I really didn't know the process should be so smooth. Also, the prior years, I received much more than the 5% "error" items; closer to 10%. Tom made certain 1) I covered possible loss by ordering more; and 2) the vendors made less than 2-3% errors! Great job; thank you!
