They are quite knowledgeable - I have had my classic Mercedes 20 years so I have much experience with buying parts - I find it's better to call - parts descriptions/fitment guides on the website were not clear in my opinion SL 1973

MY LAST NEW CHROME WHEEL ORDER CAME WITH CENTERS THAT WILL NOT FIT, BUT I HAVE BEEN ASSURED THAT MORE WILL COME AND HOPEFULLY WILL FIT.

I placed my order prior to Christmas and was expecting it to arrive in five days, prior to New Year. Having neither received confirmation of my order or my order, I wrote to the company during the week between Christmas and New Year but did not hear back from anyone until this week. I was then informed that, yes, my online order had been received on the date I placed it and that I would receive my order in five days. That's nearly two and a half weeks after i ordered the parts. Not what the company stipulates which is receipt after five days. My car is in for repairs and I needed the parts for the repairs so, I'll retrieve my car and have to bring it back again to have the parts installed. Despite the aforementioned, I still rated the service as average.
