Parts were shipped to the wrong address Still waiting for the parts

I was happy to get the hard-to-find part, even if it was used. And, it worked great. When I called customer service to see when the part would be shipping, the person was helpful, pleasant and left me with a positive outlook. The only thing that may improve is the time between the order and actual shipping. But if this is due to the time it takes to locate the part, I'd prefer to deal with the slight pause--no problem. I look forward to doing more business with Adsitco soon.

I ordered a part and had a question about how it fits. I called Adsit after receiving the part and they were very helpful, to the point where they gave me a phone number to text pictures to and then immediately sent me a diagram and provided me with the information I needed. Would definitely order from them again and call with a question. Good customer service

Side marker was sent with an incompatible lamp socket. I spoke with Seth who recognized the problem, and he sent a different one which I received the next day. Great service!
