Ordered a Mystery AED on Feb 25, understood it would be slightly delayed as the site said anything ordered that week would have a slight processing delay (same msg is on the site weeks later). Called on March 6th to ask how long the delay would be as I still hadn’t got an email, I was told it was due to be shipped Monday (9th) on Wednesday (11th) I called back and was told it was expedited and due to be shipped that day, it still has not been shipped and I do not appreciate being lied to twice. Thank goodness I went with just the mystery AED first as I was reluctant to spend thousands on a site I had never heard of before and wanted to make sure I actually received the items I’d be purchasing.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for your experience. We completely understand how frustrating the conflicting updates and delays must have been, and we are truly sorry for the lack of clarity along the way. While we are currently undergoing a system upgrade that has impacted our usual processing times, we know that this does not excuse your experience. We are grateful you chose to order with us and are glad your item has been delivered. We would like to do something to express our sincerest apologies, so please be on the lookout for further communication from our team.
