I shipped goods from Nigeria to the USA with AfricanIES and it was delivered within 3 to 5 working days. The process was very easy, their customers service team was top notch, and I would definitely to do business with them again.

False advertising. False promises. Hidden charges. worst shipping experience ever. Sea shipping took 7months as against 8-12 weeks on their page and promised verbally by different staff. No compensations as promised. This organisation has integrity issues. Use them at your own risk.

Good day Obehi, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At AfricanIES, we are committed to transparency and keeping our customers informed throughout the shipping process. While we work to meet our estimated delivery timelines, certain circumstances such as customs holds, adverse weather conditions, and other unforeseen events can sometimes affect shipment timelines. That said, we would like to investigate your specific shipment, understand exactly what happened, and see how we can address your concerns. Kindly share your shipment/unit number with our Customer Support team and reference this Trustpilot review so the matter can be escalated and properly reviewed. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

−3.14159/5 ⭐ — because even zero stars feels far too generous. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Our products arrived horribly defaced and crumpled, like they had been thrown around. They have also been extremely unresponsive when we tried to address the issue. An absolute catastrophe of a company. You can use them if you want that extra mega cortisol in your life and would like to gamble your entire shipment

Good day Bolu, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how distressing it is to receive retail packs with a crumpled appearance, especially when preparing for a product launch. We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. Our team has discussed your concerns with you and reviewed the delivery records and photographs, including those you provided. While the tea contents arrived intact, we recognise that the condition of the retail packaging is central to your complaint and matters to your business. Following our review, we’re unable to approve the requested refund or compensation under the applicable Terms and Conditions. We also acknowledge your concern about responsiveness and are sorry that our communication left you feeling unheard. Your feedback has highlighted the need for clearer communication about protective packaging options, shipment expectations, and how complaints are addressed.

Please, look for a different company. I agree with the negative reviews on here. The experience I had with this company was not good. I’m pretty sure they dumped my goods into a box without any care at all. Anything breakable in that box would have been destroyed. The only good news is that my items weren’t breakable. But they were a mess when they arrived. The worst part was their reply after I complained and asked for their guaranteed refund. They took no responsibility at all. Stay away from this company.

Good day Anastasia, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how important the appearance of your tea packs is, especially with your launch depending on them. Our team has spoken with you and reviewed the delivery records and photos, including those you shared. While the tea arrived without loss or damage to its contents, we acknowledge your concern about pressure affecting the appearance of some packs. Based on that review, we’re unable to approve a refund or compensation under the applicable Terms and Conditions. Your feedback has highlighted the need to communicate protective packaging options like bubble wrap more clearly for shipments where retail presentation is especially important. We also hear your concerns about our communication and are sorry you felt unheard during an important time for your business.

Awful experience with this company and if you want your packages to come crumpled and defaced, you can use them. We used them for a massive shipment and they basically threw our tea packs in like pieces of trash. They claimed that since they were not “damaged” or “torn” they are not liable. We can’t stock them on shelves because they look so rumpled that it will look so bad for our brand. This was meant to be our official launch, we can’t anymore, instead we have to send it back to Nigeria so they can be repackaged and this will literally cost us double. Money down the drain. They have been so unresponsive, evading responsibilities, we had to reach out to the owner of the company and he’s not responded once.
