The download I chose was supposed to be 1mb in size. This was NOT the image which I got (around 87kb). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. Wasted my hard earned money.

What is extremely disappointing is not knowing whether you tried to "decompress" the image. All images are delivered compressed JEPG. So if you tell what us more, we will be able to help, but shouting is not productive, even the less intelligent. Let us know.

This was my first experience downloading any photo and I was actually quite surprised at how easy it was to make this purchase and get the photo I wanted printed.

I emailed agefotostock to try to get further info. on a photo I wanted to purchase & did not get a response which is why I gave the 3 stars. I ended up purchasing the photo without getting the info. I wanted. The photo was fine & the download was immediate but I had to take a chance on it since no one got back to me. So lack of communication was my issue because I was on a tight work deadline.
