I had anticipated the course to discuss more tactics and help with facilitation, organization of teams. Approaching difficult team members, etc. I had anticipated some more problem solving techniques. It was a pretty expensive course to go over academic items that are readily available on the internet. The online instruction was pretty good using break out rooms and whiteboards, the instructor was informative and knowledgeable. I appreciated the breaks in between. There wasn't much in the form of professional networking.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We’re genuinely grateful. We’re sorry you didn’t get the nuance you were hoping for, though. In an introductory course like CSM, there’s a tricky tradeoff between covering the breadth of topics beginners need to get started with Scrum vs going really deep on a few topics with the nuance and detail more experienced practitioners want. You’d probably find our more advanced courses (e.g. A-CSM or LAT) more to your liking, as the instructors can assume more knowledge of the Agile fundamentals, which makes space to go deeper.
