Needs updated
So the course has all the information that is needed but in more than one class or course entirely there was alot of out dated data, information, images or slides in general. A lot of that information has already become irrelevant with new technology that we could have used to be more effective.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the course content comprehensive and appreciate you pointing out that some information and visuals may be outdated. Our team regularly reviews and updates course material to keep it current with evolving industry standards and technology, and feedback like yours is extremely helpful in guiding those updates.

Practice, Practice, Practice
The diagnostic test that showed me where to focus my studying was very helpful. However, the most valuable portion was having so many practice questions to work on. It helped me zero in on areas of weakness to go study further. I followed the recommended pace and am happy and relieved to say that I passed the NHIE on the first try!

Congratulations on passing the NHIE on your first try! We’re so glad to hear that AHIT’s diagnostic test and extensive practice questions helped you focus your studying and strengthen key areas. It’s great to know the recommended pace and structure supported your success — well done!

Excellent content
Excellent content, but practice test are nothing like the real test. Wording of the real test it is far more complicated and different than the practices.
Response from American Home Inspectors Training· Oct 16, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed AHIT’s course content. Our practice exams are designed to reflect the topics and style of the licensing exam, but since the actual test is created and administered by the state or its testing provider, there can sometimes be differences in wording or phrasing. We truly appreciate your insight and will share your feedback with our Content Team as we continue working to make our prep materials as helpful as possible.
