This is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE 🗑️👎. I'm not one damned bit HAPPY with this phone or the service!!!! You can take this phone and put it "Where the sun NEVER SHINES!!"

They have ZERO customer support. I haven’t been able to speak to anyone yet. The phone isn’t suitable for an older person and you can’t navigate any of the settings. Worthless!

Got my phone and wrong Sim card. Can't use my phone. Never can get a hold of a human being. Emails saying that they are shutting off my phone I have never been able to use.

The free trial did not work again since you changed your website design

my worst experience ever in telecommunications is with airvoice wireless! data sucks! the data runs out like a flat tire, the plans are horrible. people should please run away ..,... very far away from airvoice wireless.

No Internet connection. When I call to find out why says my number isn't associated with airvoice. When I apply says I'm active so no way to talk to anyone

Always no signal! Emergency calls only. Phone is a cheap piece of crap. I wanted a back up phone but this one is a joke!

The service is very spotty no 5G. The phone is the absolute biggest joke half the time the touch screen doesn't respond, the speaker is so pathetic the person on the other end can't hear you,the battery is completely garbage no memory overall this phone is a waste of technology and whoever made it should be fired and being completely embarrassed. -100 overall.
