My batteries are sent to me once a month without fail. I never have a problem with batteries and I am able to stockpile some at my second home. It is a seemless process.

Not sure why the home delivery began. I still have to go and pick up other items I need, and I can get batteries then.

Hi Theodore. Home delivery began when HSDC contracted with Akoio to fulfill their clients' hearing aid battery shipments. It sounds like you would rather pick up batteries at HSDC. We'll let HSDC know. Thank you for letting us know.

Your batterie are great. But they keep stacking up, and you need not keep sending me more batteries for the time being, say until 10 or 12 months have passed. Thank you! Richard W Gillett in Seattle, and the Hearing Speech and Deafness Center.
