Alarm GridReviews of alarmgrid.com

Outstanding customer technical services team with expert knowledge and patient, clear, effective alarm system new installation support! Darryl and other team members are amazing consummate professionals! Kudos and many thanks! Respect!

Pre-sales support is impressive. All questions answered quickly and thoroughly. The activation process couldn’t have gone more smoothly and was completed in a few minutes. The monthly monitoring fee is reasonable.

Exceptional and knowledgeable service. Nicholas Fuller made the transition flawless and simple. Great experience.

I am blown away by the high level of service and knowledge. Darrell is a wealth of knowledge and has the patience of a saint. He made this system function as it should and walked me through the more technical aspects. Vista 128 system with multiple partitions. Why would anyone use a different provider? Wish there was a way to send him a tip, thank you!

I was a previous customer years ago and had a great experience then. I came back as a customer again based off of that and I was not disappointed. Prices on equipment and service plans are reasonable, service is great (for whatever isn't self-service or otherwise automated, they're quick to follow up with a live person to take care of things), about all I can ask for. Kalen D was prompt and professional and got me squared away with what I couldn't take care of myself.

The team at Alarm Grid team's knowledge and experience is exceptional. From purchase to activation they are very available for any questions or advice. I recommend their solutions and services for any home or business.

This company goes above and beyond expectations. I have worked with a lot of alarm installers and monitoring stations in US and Europe - way-over-charging, arrogance, vagueness, rudeness, hiding information to preserve their monopolies, has been the norm for decades. AlarmGrid noticed this market-space and is the exact opposite of the classic alarm industry. They go out of their way to help you set up your system, they locate problems you may have missed, they encourage you to do-it-yourself, they show patience for issues/errors you made that they have seen 100's of times. Their fees are very fair and their staff is super-polite with old-fashioned courtesy. Trust is a very, very rare thing these days, but from my experience this company can be trusted.

I recently switched to AlarmGrid, and the experience was fantastic. The transition was seamless, and their team answered every question I had. They even helped me set up and program my system perfectly. AlarmGrid is ideal for DIY users who want to maintain and update their own security system. Their support is incredibly helpful, and the cost is far cheaper than the big box security companies. I couldn’t be happier with the switch!
