I would definitely recommend this…
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I have never “needed” them but I have accidentally set off my alarm and they have responded immediately each time. They have always been very understanding of my error. The price is so much better than ADT.

1. Any accidental alarms that we created, response was initiated by Alarm Relay usually within 1 minute and in most cases less than 30 seconds. Excellent response and very reassuring. 2. Any owner equipment issues have always been handled promptly and efficiently by Alarm Relay's professional staff.

Numerous False Alarms on 'ghost' entry points…
Numerous False Alarms on 'ghost' doors/window alerts. We don't even have the burglar alarm feature activated, yet we got numerous 'fault' warnings on various locations in the house.

Hello Rob! Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like there may be some configuration issues with some of the sensors on your alarm system. Give us an opportunity to make things right. Please contact our service department at 1-800-624-6866. Let them know Alex waived any service appointment charges. We will get it figured out for you.

Great service, Quality, and Value
Great service, Quality and value. Have used Alarm Relay for about 2 years. Every time there was an event (luckily false alarms) they responds very quickly to my alarm. Have always been friendly and courteous on the phone. I recommend them to anyone with an alarm.
