Excellent pleasant service

Very helpful and friendly phone staff. Five star rating. Cruises not that cheap, though. Still have to pay high singles supplement.

The representative, Tammy, assured me the deposit would be refunded if I should have to cancel. My brother has been diagnosed with acute leukemia and I called to cancel. To my shock, Tammy said I could not get my deposit back. She said she would talk with someone and see what she could work out. We cannot get her to answer our calls or respond to the messages we leave. Booking almost a year ahead, and not able to get a deposit back if you cancel, is a reason to never book with this company. If I don't get any satisfaction soon, I will post this on face book and pursue this further.

Cruise specialist Gina provided excellent service in making all arrangements for the cruise in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable of the details involved and was familiar with this particular cruise as she had taken it herself and had good advice on all aspects involved. Kudos!

So far so good with the booking of our cruise to Alaska and inside tour package. We'll let you know more as time progresses.
