Love my new leather backpack. I only with the zippers were a little easier to open. I fear they might break but I am under warranty for a year so I will see. Great look and functionality
Response from Alaskan Leather Company· Sep 8, 2026
Dear Benham The zippers can be made smooth using vaseline. Our products are covered under 1 year warranty therefore you dont have to worry at all. We will be glad to assist you with whatever help you need.

My husband purchased this wallet thinking it was American made based on the name of the company. He should have researched better. However it was already purchased when I looked into the company. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and telling him it will be fine the reviews were decent. Unfortunately when it finally arrived we were extremely disappointed. The wallet is not stitched through and was coming apart to the point that you can see the glue that was used to slap it together. Definitely not a quality leather product. It looks cheap and was a complete waste of money.

Dear Morgan We procure our inventory from multiple locations. You ordered our Rancher Crazy Horse Leather Bifold Wallet, which has a two tone rugged effect. This is specifically crafted to give a rugged look on the leather. We completely understand if you didnt like the texture of the wallet, this is why we offer 30 day return policy. We hope to serve you in future a well, and address all your concerns.

The leather bag was nice but paying the duty tax by an unexpected FedEx bill was not expected. Tariffs and fees are not paid by Alaskan Leather Company. This company ships products in from Pakistan. The company posted a reply, which is NOT true. I am still getting bills from FedEx despite my appeal to Alaskan Leather company and FedEx.
Response from Alaskan Leather Company· Jan 24, 2026
Dear Amy All duties are covered by us for the U.S and you dont have to pay any duties. Since the introduction of new regulation you might would have received a small Fedex bill (around $9), same bill is also forwarded to our shipping partner and they will handle these costs. Therefore you dont have to pay any tariffs or duty as we would cover those costs completely. We procure our inventroy from a couple of other countries, you can also take a look at our story on our website.

Ordering from the website was easy. Great product but it was packed so that it was terribly creased when my wife opened it.
Response from Alaskan Leather Company· Jan 24, 2026
Dear Tobie It might be possible that the delivery service might had a load of shipments due to holiday season. Happy to know that you liked the product.
