The 1st bike that was shipped was damaged in transit, which of course is not Alchemy's fault and just something that happens some times, but I was able to contact someone at Alchemy very quickly and resolve the issues smoothly. Since I got the bike, it's been great - everything I hoped for when I ordered it sight unseen. The positive reviews I had read, which prompted me to make the purchase, where not wrong!

Honestly, the bike is not only beautiful it’s serene to ride. Handles so well, at times it even rides like it has a little suspension built in.

They spent time with me on the phone comparing bikes I’m used to riding against the Arktos 150. I’ve wanted one for years and it finally made sense. Shipping was smooth and on time. The bike absolutely rips! It’s a little heavier that I expected though.
