Alberto, If anything is wrong from your order or arrived damaged, no problem! We will fix the issue right away. If you're not getting a response over the weekend, keep in mind we might be closed but we will get back to you as soon as we open Monday. Carroll, We recently had our biggest sale of the year Black Friday & Cyber Monday which was 50% OFF. It was a busy and crazy 24hr Sale. If you waited to purchase the products probably ran out or the sale ended, either way call us! We can help you resolve any issues :)
