I really wanted Algo to work. I gave it close to two years. They said the platform would average around 5% profit each month. That never happened. They averaged around a 4% loss each month instead. Don’t use this company. They are truly B.S.

I invested $50,000 with Algo Exchange…
I invested $50,000 with Algo Exchange in December 2024, and the account has now declined to approximately $17,000 after repeated movements away from underperforming platforms. That represents a loss of roughly 66% of my original investment.
I’ve lost all confidence that these people know what they are doing and frankly, will be looking into any Algorithmic Model Vulnerabilities that the SEC may have uncovered on them.
Over roughly the same period, my own very part-time personal trading account has gained more than 30%, while the broader stock market has also posted substantial gains.
Hindsight is 20/20 but I wish I had never engaged with Algo Exchange!

Founder and Salesperson Gone. I Am Stuck in the Red With No Plan.
I signed up with Algo Exchange because of the returns they showed me and the way they explained how clients make money consistently. I paid $9,000 to join, plus about $200 a month, on top of the money I put into the strategies. I was in the red almost right away, and I don't see a way out.
As things got worse, replies got slow, and response times they promised did not happen. Eventually the answer was to switch strategies. That is the same thing they tell other reviewers is "the WORST thing anyone can do." To me, telling clients to switch and hope the next one works is not a business model. It is gambling. And by then, the founder and the salesperson who sold me on this were gone.
The new account manager, Wilfred, blamed the current administration for the bad stretch. I pushed back that this is not the first term and those periods are in the data. He then told me the systems are built on 20+ years of data across all market cycles. So which is it? If they hold up in every cycle, the market is not my excuse. I asked for a go forward plan and got a roadmap discussion. Nothing on the fee.
I have also read the replies to other negative reviews here. They blame the customer and offer nothing. That is not what a company that cares about its clients does.
Here is where I am. My lifetime trading P/L is +$717, before the monthly fees and the initial $9,000. Nearly two years in, that is nowhere near the 16% to 63% annual returns their System Selector advertises. I was promised a partnership. I got advice to switch, a market excuse that contradicts their own claims, and no plan. I do not see a way to break even.
In my opinion, this business is built around collecting initial fees from new customers, not around client performance.
Make it right. Give back my $9,000 initiation fee and let's part ways the way a good partner would.

Cant update my dec 2025 review so added…
Cant update my dec 2025 review so added this one. Lost 20,000 of 50,000 since jan in apollo. If i ever get back to 50,000 will pull account. Instead of fixing what they got the keep creating poor performing new products . I onboarded after seeing at 60-70% historical returns, now none are even half that rate for 2026. Done with ai horse pucky failures.

Account is at 50% of its original value
I have been a member for almost 2 years and never once maintained a portfolio where I was positive. I did not bounce around on the algorithm's and just had a poor account performance. We can blame a trump economy but i assume algos are supposed to be more agile and adapt to the ongoing market changes.

WARNING: My experience with ALGO AI Exchange was HORRIFIC!
Their platform failed miserably for me. Despite multiple shifts in strategies and configurations recommended by their team, my account was down more than 20% after nearly a full year. During a period of significant market volatility—when the platform was supposedly designed to excel—it harvested losses far more effectively than gains. My account never grew.
Initially, I was advised to invest in their Cairo strategy. When that failed, they switched me to Apollo V2. When that also failed to produce results, they increased the risk and leverage within Apollo V2. Every change and every reconfiguration resulted in additional losses.
This came after what I considered to be very aggressive marketing, sales, and subscription tactics, including a $10,000 initiation fee plus ongoing monthly subscription fees. Those fees only compounded my overall losses.
I gave management an opportunity to make things right by refunding some or all of those fees. They declined.
Every investment carries risk, and I fully understand that no trading strategy can guarantee profits. My dissatisfaction is not based solely on losing money. It stems from what I experienced as a year of changing strategies, unmet expectations, and paying substantial fees for a service that, in my opinion, delivered no value.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ALGO AI Exchange. I gave the company ample time, capital, and flexibility to demonstrate that its platform could perform. It never did for me, and I ultimately lost confidence in both the system and its management.
If you're considering investing with ALGO AI Exchange, do your homework, ask difficult questions, understand all of the fees, and make sure you fully appreciate the risks before committing your money.
This review reflects my personal experience as a customer.

Just doing a yearly check in:
Just doing a yearly check in:
So far, including dues and fees, im out 100% of what I have allocated for my initial investment. Oddly my drawdown is greater than what's record via the website. I must be the lucky one to get trades executed last.
I was initially told, there may be more losses than wins, but the wins outweigh the losses in dollars. Back checking this, I have no reason to believe it is true. My trades have the losses being quite a bit higher in dollars than the wins.
The sales pressure is borderline unethical as well.
I still haven't been given a legit answer what the algorithms look for with respect to entries and exits. What i do get as a response is, the trade is managed and scale adjustments are made.
Edit, responding to Algo Exchange: I did not say my drawdown is 100%. I said the combined $10k to start plus $200/month plus $$,$$$drawdown equals more money spent on AE than my initial investment.
Response from Algo Exchange· Jun 28, 2026
Hey there,
This is a deeply concerning review. We have ZERO systems that had anything close to 100% drawdowns, so we are unsure as to what this is relating to.
We would be happy to discuss any concerns directly with you.
Our reported trades on each strategy page are based on an average fill of all live account fills, and every fill, including yours, can be seen on our website.
With regards to losses being smaller than wins, this is easily verifiable from the “statistics” tab on every system page. Our system performance is published by a CFTC registered & NFA member company and is held to high standards.
Please reach out to your dedicated account manager, and we would be happy to assist you with anything that you need.

Down $19k YTD
I originally invested $31k with Algo exchange 3-years ago and my current balance is now down to $12k plus my fee. I would think twice before investing with them or their algo systems. I have had my money with 4-of their different algo systems based on the recommendations and lost money in all of them.
