This insert is not a match for the LV Graceful PM. It is at least a full inch too long, nearly an inch too wide, and so tall you lose the beautiful slouch of the bag. The advertised dimensions are just plainly inaccurate and putting it in made the bag look stiff and awkward because it looked overstuffed. Giving two stars for construction and color match to Pink Ballerine, but I’m not using this insert.

Hi Brandi, We are so shocked and sorry to see this happen! It seems that we may accidentally sent you the wrong size that was handmade for the MM size. Contact us by simply replying to your AlgorithmBags order confirmation, or call us at 216-5051271., or write to us on our Contact us page https://www.algorithmbags.com/pages/contact-us Wee will ensure you get the correct size and be happy! Again, we deeply apologize for this incident and will ensure to make our QA and shipping processes 100% Thank you so much for your love for AlgorithmBags®!

Excellent product and customer service and super fast shipping. Just wish the ballerine pink was a bit softer/muted to matched the Louis Vuitton color better in my Azur Damier Graceful ☺️
