Excellent customer service and great product! I'm just in the beginning of my treatment, but so far I'm very impressed. The molding process was easy and the liners came in a reasonable time frame. During the treatment their doctors will continue to monitor your progress. Best deal and product on the market.

I started Step 2 of my Aligners yesterday, so I've been wearing Aligners for 2 weeks and one day now. So far AlignerCo has been great and the process has gone well. Besides being a bit impatient to get the process started, which says more about me than the product, I've had a good experience. I ordered the Aligners on April 3, received the impression kit on April 10, made my impressions the same day and had them back in the return mail that afternoon, received the treatment preview email on April 27 and approved for them to start fabrication of the aligners the same day, then finally received my Aligners on May 21, and started Step 1 right away. It took 7 weeks to get my aligners, and my "Smile Specialist" Ele has been very prompt at returning my emails and answering any questions I have. My treatment plan is to wear the top aligners for 12 steps (24 weeks) and the bottom aligners for 20 steps (40 weeks) because my bottom teeth are quite a bit more crowded than my top teeth. If all goes well I'll be finished in 10 months. So far, I've experienced a short adjustment period (just slight discomfort and tightness) when I first inserted the aligners, but by the second day of wearing them, I was fine. When I started Step 2 yesterday, I didn't have much discomfort at all, but they were definitely a tight fit again. I figure that means they're doing their job. Here's to 9 1/2 more months of uncrowding my teeth! I look forward to seeing the results and having straight teeth.

I don’t even know where to start! AlignerCo has been with me every single step of the way. From the starting process, to ordering to even receiving my liners. I have had the same person over my account giving me updates every step of the way and if I have had questions they have been the one to take care of them. You’re not talking to different people and your answers aren’t scripted. Highly recommend. I have been though this process with smiledirectclub and it was a horrible experience and with AlignerCo it’s been the total opposite. AMAZING customer service.

Alignerco aligners are so clear I couldn't even tell I was wearing them. I used Smile Direct in the past but they couldn't help me with my lower arch (strange right!). Anyway my experience with Alignerco has been great they are so affordable and quick to respond. You won't regret choosing Alignerco they are working wonders and giving me back my confidence!!

Was an excellent company that responded back on time and helped me when I had a problem. Would definitely recommend and they had excellent service such as delivering the testing kit in 2-3 days even in COVID-19 times.
