Scam! Do not order. Package sent to wrong address. Was then told a refund cannot be issued due to “technical problem” and I should contact my bank or credit card. BEWARE!!

My granddaughter loves getting her surprise every month. She is going to camp for 2 weeks so I got her the camp box this time. She was so excited! I’m so glad I found Alley Accessories!

I ordered 2 Louis Vuitton and Gucci purses. Very close to the authentic bags. Gucci looks the best. Still very happy with them!! Shipping is a little slow. But communication the whole time.

Awful product. Plastic cheap looking coach bag. Asked to return the item and company tried to put me off asking by saying I had to pay for return shipping to Asia. Pursued this only to be told bag could be returned to stoke on Trent with strict, impossible criteria on packaging. Awful customer service and awful bags. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money.

I’m editing to say I looked for the email the company mentions below as well as emailed them back asking for that reply to be sent again. I’ve received nothing from them in way of a reply or a rectification of my issue as of 6-5-26. Cheap vinyl purse. Order AL92024. The side laces are missing from the “Neverfull” bag I purchased and it has one side grommet vs 4 on an authentic bag. I corresponded with someone “Lisa” from support who was supposed to get back with me and “make it right.” Lisa requested photos which I sent. I’ve not heard back again sadly. I’m going to try and dispute the charges through my CC as I would never carry this terrible knock off.
