The lessons were paid for in advance and the appointment made to pick up son for driving test lesson. We paid $275 on AMEX and they sent email day before to meet somewhere else but NEVER even showed up. All phones have been disconnected. This is a SCAM do NOT use. Next is disputing charge with credit card then legal action.

Great experience with our son in late 2020. Fast forward to 3 years later, and the nightmare continues. Can't meet us with our request of a female instructor for our daughter. Then they no show on 2 appointments, and on the 3rd, they have the pick up address wrong. Any communication attempt via phone or email with them has been unanswered. I guess they enjoy stealing from people.

Scammers! Thieves! Paid money and never got it back and never got lessons. They made appointments and did not honor these appointments. This people are corrupt. They won't answer your messages. They won't answer your calls. They will put you on hold forever. They know how to take your money but that is about all they will do. Run away from them! As fast as you can!

Scam ! They take your money but never schedule the tests. No calls back, no emails back. Offices are abandoned!!

ZERO stars is what this place deserves, but since that isn't an option they get a 1 star so I can share with you that they are a total scam. They took my money and provided no login for the permit portion of what they offer. I have been calling for hours, online chats, and emails to get my login to no avail. Their customer service rep hung up on me, one told me to dispute my charge and start over (why so you can have twice the money), I have tried and tried to speak with someone and nothing. I want my money back and my time back. Such a shame I used them in 2022 for my son and it was awesome. Now it is a total scam with BBB complaints, bankrupt and who knows what else. I wish I would have known before I went with what I knew and signed my daughter up. Unfortunate that they have slipped to a zero. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! UPDATE - I disputed my credit card charge and went with another provider, got the login immediately and it was a fraction of the cost! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I give this company 0 stars, they stole $623.94 from me and never provided any service. They proceeded to lie to my credit card company and provided them false information and documents that did not pertain to me, thereby making my claim with my credit card company rejected. They do not respond when you submit a formal refund request (that was only because they were completely unresponsive and unable to provide the services purchased in the first place). Do not give this company your money!

We booked a 1 Hr Practice & Road test about a month ago. We got an email confirmation and even a nice phone call a few days before the appointment. However, right before the appointment, the company emailed me (no phone call or text or anything) and canceled part of the package. Again, no phone call. I didn't get the email until I was picking my kid up from school to take her to the appointment. I called customer service, who hung up on me. I called again but they couldn't get us rescheduled at Lake Mary -- we had to go to ORMOND BEACH which looks like a fly-by-night operation!!! The Lake Mary office knew that since they had moved locations, they had to get the DMV to approve the road test. The DMV hadn't approved the roads. The office knew this when they booked. They knew this when they confirmed! They knew this on the day of the appointment. THIS IS AWFUL! Had I canceled like this, I would have been penalized! We had to drive to Ormond Beach (1 hour away) just to take the test - and we didn't get the practice. All the other places were booked for at least 2 months! BTW - the refund claim form wants me to agree to have about half of the fee deducted if they choose to refund it. There is a $15 scheduling fee per appointment & 20% registration fee. I will end up owing them if I ask for a refund! This is stupid! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Please do your research before you give these people any money. Complete scam!
