I have worked with Allivet since they were Walmart's pet pharmacy for several years. Their customer service does answer very fast. I have had to push a few times, but they have always fixed an order and ensured I was happy. I gave them 4 out 5 because I have had to push their customer service to correct the issue.

I ordered heartworm med online. Allivet contacted me to say I needed a prescription. During the run around lasting over 2 weeks with my vet (now ex-vet) Allivet and I were in contact. They were so kind, helpful and patient with the situation. They also sent it Fed Ex overnight as they knew my dog was two weeks late in her meds! I am a first time customer of theirs and I will definitely be a repeat customer for life. Thanks Allivet!!

Got vet approval on needed asthma med for my cat on Monday 11/1. Paid extra for quicker shipping. Kept checking fedex tracking number that showed label created but med not received by FedEx. Called Sat 11/9...was told they would ship the product again overnight and should get Monday or Tuesday 11/12. Checked today and it says pending fulfillment...so definitely not receiving med by Tuesday. Cat has been out of med since Sat. Called customer service and said they can now send it out 2 day shipping...which is not what they said Sat...I had originally paid for 1 to 3 day shipping. They offered a pathetic $25 toward another order. As if I would do business with them again after failing my cat. So disgusted with them canceled order as I don't believe anything they say. Plus if you sign up for autoship there isn't a way to cancel...that is adeceptive practice and should be investigated. May report them to FTC for deceptive practices.

The costumer service is excellent! They made my experience so easy when I was going through the difficult time of losing my cat. I would recommend allivet to family and friends and would choose it above others websites!

Setting up my auto ship was easy, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. There were issues getting the prescription from my vet. But they continued to pursue, kept me informed and now we are all set

Ordered, they tried to Fax my vet, really. I called when there was no approval and they asked if I wanted them to call my vet. Yes, ofcourse, really. I called to cancel and was told it had already shipped at 8am Friday. Called that night, carrier still awaiting package and the next guy said, no it shipped at 7pm apologized for me being lied to. Saturday, Carrier still waiting to receive. It did not ship out until Monday and now I won't receive my pet meds until next Thursday. If your going to lie to your customers you better at least ship it 2 day shipment. I will Never order again from people who lie flat out. Horrible experience and customer service. Go with Chewy instead. At least they seem to know what they are doing. ****UPDATE: This company sent me a $25 credit for all my troubles, still have not received product, right? Gave me a code to use online. It wouldn't work. Called them and they told me I had to go through the call center to use it even though it gave me instructions for online use. Then I was told I have to order OVER $25 in product for it to work!!! These guys are shady!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH ALLIVET.

Absolutely the worst online vet I have ever dealt with, first after I sent in the written prescription they didn't read it right so they tried for 2 days to get a hold of my vet for no reason because they weren't reading it right. I make my vet call in to verify and make sure everything is correct which they do, then in my account it keeps saying that it was waiting on my script I call and I get that fixed I was told it was going to be mailed out the next day, it still wasn't mailed out that day, because they couldn't get a hold of the pharmacy supposedly, then I was told it would be mailed out the next business day which was on Monday, still not mailed out, now I'm told it won't be mailed out tomorrow but maybe Wednesday. I put the order in over 2 weeks ago and sent them the script, and it has been nothing but a hassle they're the absolutely worst online vet I have ever dealt with. They have wasted my time over and over, they have wasted my vets time for no reason to verify something that doesn't even need to be verified. I will never order from them again even with the credit on my account.
