The products are very good. We use canned dog food and the selection and price is excellent. We have had some problems with dented and damaged cans in our order. This was not the seller’s fault and they were very good at correcting the problem. They now ship in very sturdy containers. This seemed to solve the problem. They replaced all the dented cans at no charge. Excellent customer service. The only other concern is shipping intervals, we are on an every 4 week order. Sometimes when we call for extra food or to delay a shipment, this information doesn’t seem to get to the order processor. Not a major issue but takes some time to get it straightened out.

Took several tries to use reward points to pay for item but it was finally credited.

Easy to order. Good prices. Prompt delivery.

Always gets the orders right and they arrive on time.
