My dog has seizures and needs medication. I have it on autoship. It was set to go 4/7. I called on 4/9 because it said RX hold. My Rx is good until July. I was told it would go out today, there was no RX Hold"it just says that when an order does not go out" It still says RX Hold, it does not show it shipped. My dog is A St Bernard, her seizures are terrible to behold. I sure wish someone cared enough to call me, offered to expedite shipping without cost to me. My autoship give you 5 weeks notice I expect that you would have plenty of time to be ready to ship on that date...very sad.

I get Dasuquin at Allivet for about 20% less than my vet's CHEAPEST online price, and almost 50% cheaper than my vet's in person price. With regular shipping, I have gotten it in as little as 2 days, but always within a week.
