All representatives I spoke with trying to get my dog's Simperica prescription filled were very polite. Any issues were addressed and updates made through my email and answered phone calls. Allivet is a well run company serving its customers with exemplary service.

I been sending in rx for 2 dogs with autoship and the company has messed up the order saying they were waiting on rx; when it was already on file. I called a few times to follow up and it seemed as if the people dealing with my calls are not well informed on what they are doing. Once they figured out their mistakes, offers to 2nd day shipping were given. When the days went by and I didn't received rx, I checked account on line to find out it hasn't shipped. When called again to inquire; was told "they just received the rx". But the rx has been on file. This has happened multiple times. I will not continue to use this company.

Allivet supplied many meds for my beloved dog, O’Malley . They were gracious at the end of his life to not charge me for meds on auto order after he passed away. That action speaks of their love of their clients and their pets!
