We use Allivet for our five dogs heart guard and seresto collars. They will match any companies price if it is lower. Shipment is very fast. I would have given a 5 but their customer service response time needs some improvement. I will continue to use Allivet for all my dogs pet care needs.

Allivet has been nothing but excellent for us. They interface well with vets and ordering rx meds has been seamless. They also have shown us true compassion, refunding the cost of a pre-ordered medication when I called to inform them of our beloved dog's passing.

They don't have an email address that works. They did not contact my vet for the Rx. My dog is out of his heart med. and I now have to go back to the vet to get it. This was the first time I ordered and it's the last. I want a refund but doubt I will ever get it. I reported them to BBB.
