**Review of the PowerStation R600** I purchased the **PowerStation R600** and used it properly for about a year without any issues. However, out of nowhere and without any warning, the device completely stopped working. When I tried to turn it on, there was a **small explosion**, and ever since then, every time I plug it into power, the same thing happens. The biggest issue, however, is the **terrible customer service**. I have been sending emails for **two weeks now**, asking for support, but no one has responded. This is absolutely unacceptable! A company that sells such products should at least offer proper after-sales support. I would not recommend this product to anyone due to its unreliability and the complete lack of customer support.
