During my last Allrounfix computer system maintenance a number of issues were discovered of which I wanted to discuss with Steve Taylor,(alias) the technician. Mr Taylor refused to discuss the findings. He had deleted the findings from my computer monitor had no way of recreating the documents. Fortunately, I had printed them before the deletion. However, he continued to refuse any discussion. He had done his job of “fixing” my computer and was not going to discuss any issues found during the cleanup. I then asked to talk with someone of authority which was the Floor Manager. As I was explaining the situation the call ended. The Manager did not call back. So, I attempted to contact Allroundfix 4 times, only to have the call placed on hold and after sometime the call ended. All 4 times before speaking to anyone. I have paid well over $2,500 and this kind of customer service is totally unacceptable. I am requesting that someone call me so we can discuss their findings. I will supply the document’s content to be discussed.
