I really love these medicine cabinet organizers! They fit perfectly and make it so much easier to keep everything organized and easy to find. I especially love the different compartments. I purchased a medicine cabinet via Amazon. Once I finally opened it, it was outside the return timeframe for Amazon so I contacted the company directly. They were extremely helpful, requested pictures of the problem, which was some rest behind the mirror, and then sent me a replacement medicine cabinet in one day. I was impressed with the service. The new unit is perfect. Unfortunately, it was a surprise to have such excellent customer service. Gives you confidence in humans!

Shipping was fast and easy. Customer service answered all my questions

Received my 2 mirrors quickly and they were packed well. My issue is when one of the mirrors was installed, the LED does not display right. The filaments seem to be in operable so you cannot make out the correct time or temperature. I got in touch with them and they told me they would make me a new door and ship it in 3 months. I kept in touch with them over and over and now it has been 3 months and they stopped responding to me completely. That is not how you run a successful business. Do Not Trust these people.
