I purchased 3 tape measures thinking they were going to be great. They were cheap. I spent $196 for Christmas presents once I seen them. I wanted my refund. I put a dispute on the company to get my refund back. I sent them their tape measures back. They never gave me my refund back. They sent me back tape measures. Not a good company. products crap do not order from this company.

Terrible company! Do not deal with them. I would give them a zero if I could. I paid $94 for a handvac, which they advertised it as very powerful. Well it wasn't so I returned it, not knowing the postage would cost me an additional $40 as it had to go "nternational." Upon receipt by seller they informed me the product was used and the product package was torn. I informed them I used it briefly to see the suction on it and found it not as advertised. I requested a full refund! They said no can do; offered me a store credit of 30% on another purchase. Why would I purchase another product from this outfit? My credit card company could not help because the product had been used, even briefly and the company's return policy stated so. I hope I learned my lesson to only use companies with no hassle return policy and purchase future products via retail and not thru the net except perhaps large companies. Who wants the return policy hassles!

Like many of the reviews, I returned the rulers because neither one of the 2 that I ordered worked. After countless emails & videos that they requested, I was told that they appeared used & scratched & that they would not refund. They were not used since they didn't work and absolutely were not scratched. I did everything they asked for including returning them to Canada at my expense. They offered to send the rulers back. Why would I want them if they didn't work? So I guess I'm just out the $170 plus. I vowed to bad-mouth them all over the Internet.

I RETURNED THE LASER TAPE MEASURE AS IT DIDN'T HOOK ON TO ARCHITRAVES AND IT WAS VERY FLIMSY. THEY WON'T REFUND IT SAYING I USED IT AND SCRATCHED THE SCREEN AND THEY'RE SAYING THE BOX WAS DAMAGED. THEY ARE LYING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,

Worth return policy in the market. They say they are not in the US so returns need to be shipped outside the US and it is very expensive. Also products can be purchased in Amazon for 1/2 the price and qualify for prime. Other Amazon providers have the same products even cheaper. They are all made in china by probably the same factory. They just package it differently.

Essentially, BUYER BEWARE! They won't let you return anything and if you do, they won't credit you anything. My husband ordered a two pack of vacuum car phone holders that did not work. One box was never opened. He returned the items to where they were sent from in the US and then the company gave some long song and dance that they had to be returned from the US to a place in Canada (postage internationally would have meant almost half the money would be lost!) but we had already returned them! We disputed it with our bank but Almighty Tools is not honest and we are out over $101 + postage and they have the product back! We have nothing. This company seems like a scam! Look at all the 1 star reviews! Almighty Tools does not stand behind their products when they don't work. Would never recommend.

DO NOT purchase from this company. I placed an order in November 2025. It is now February 2026, and I don’t have the product, they can’t tell me where the item is, and they won’t refund my money. They keep stalling saying they are waiting for an update. They have been waiting for an update for 2 months. I DO NOT recommend them.

My husband received This for Christmas this year. Is a retired HVAC service technician and can use any tool but this was a tool that was defective. We decided to return it. It cost us almost $30 to send to Canada. We took pictures of the item.. There were no scratches. The company would not return it for refund it only for credit or they would send it back. It was my choice.. They attached three pictures where the display was scratched that we did not scratch using that as a reason why they would not return it when we never did that... I would stay away from this company avoid buying any item that they sell.. They do not back their products and their their customer service is terrible..big scam
