Thank you so much for your kind review, Linda. We’re glad to hear our support team was able to respond quickly and help resolve your question. It’s great to know you had a chance to try both rulers, even if they’re destined to be Christmas gifts. We truly appreciate your feedback and love hearing that you found the Almighty Ruler useful — even wishing it had been around years ago is a wonderful compliment. Thank you for choosing Almighty Tools, and we hope the recipients enjoy their gifts just as much.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing these concerns. Our tracking system works reliably for thousands of customers every day, but when a courier delay occurs, the information we receive is limited — though we always do our best to assist. Regarding packaging and product quality, all items are manufactured to high standards and priced according to their features and build. Damage during transit is rare, and when it happens, we are always willing to replace or refund. The belt clip is not listed as part of this model, but we understand it may not meet everyone’s needs. We also want to clarify that we contact every customer who leaves a negative review to try to resolve the issue — including offering replacements or refunds. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can make this right for you. Thank you for giving us the chance to improve your experience.
