I was trying to help you resolve this issue via email, but you left a negative review before I even received a response from you. I want to clarify that all shipping information is provided in the product description, including our size chart. May I ask if you reviewed this information before placing your order? You can also read other customer reviews. Most of our customers have received a replacement in the correct size, even when they originally ordered the wrong size, because they were patient and understanding while we worked to find a solution. It's disappointing that you chose to respond so negatively.

Update: The package was returned because the shipping address provided was incorrect (no access code for the apartment). I had already informed the customer that we would cover the reshipping cost and only asked them to wait another two days for the package to be returned. However, the customer was unable to wait, so we proceeded with a refund. As you can see, the incorrect address was not caused by the store. If you are an impartial customer, I believe you can fairly assess the situation and determine where the issue actually occurred. Although the package was returned because the address you provided was incorrect, our store was still willing to help by sending out a replacement and offering a refund. It’s really difficult to satisfy you. Customers can rest assured that we, and I, Alice, will always do our best to support you and protect your interests, as long as you are willing to cooperate and remain respectful while I’m trying to find the best possible solution for you. This customer has already received a refund. In addition, I also offered to send a replacement order, but they did not accept any of the solutions I offered.
